Recently 

I have had a fun time to talk with native staff.

I felt sad as not to understand what they say, when I came here.

though now, I can understand a little and communicate with them.

but I can't understand conversation of a couple of people.

I guess I don't have vocabulary and enough experience.

so now I attempt to increase my vocabulary, next I attempt to talk more about several matter.

By the way 

I'm going to take the TOEIC tomorrow.

I should get better score than I had.

I can do it!
